What a great, late-fall event we had at Camp Scherman! This was the first time Rising Son has been to the camp, and I expect we'll see it on the schedule for years to come. Nice, comfortable cabin accommodations, great staff and great food! We got lucky with cold, but mostly dry weather, and all of the circles were able to take advantage of the activities including archery and hiking. Thank you to the Cowboys for all their work in making this a fun weekend for everyone. Congrats to the Rattlesnakes for their well-deserved Hubie award and to Luis, Kai and Luke Vargas of the Pioneers for their Navigator Award!
We're heading into the SoCal "winter" - Tyler and I are looking forward to seeing you all at the upcoming day/overnight events including Thrillit, Monster Jam and the Night at the Museum. Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
