Have you seen the movie Night at the Museum? If you thought the movie was cool...wait until you get the chance to spend the night sleeping in the exhibits with all the cool stuff on display! This was a first-time event for Tyler and I - and one which hasn't been held in several years for Rising Son...so a very special event indeed! Completing the Explorer hat trick - congrats again to our Explorers Gerard and Manny Bulalacao for all their work in this final council event for the year! Everyone at the the Museum was friendly, helpful and entertaining...we got to play with cockroaches, learn about dinosaurs, check out the exhibits and even make our own fossils! The next day we had full run of the museum to see anything we missed the night before, and could also get into the surrounding museums and see the space shuttle Endeavor too! What a great weekend and rounding out to Rising Son's January events...a great time had by all!
